6. How a Church Can Recover the Cost of the Presentation Fee and Expenses

A fee can be charge to each person that attends a Presentation Event. The charged fee can be used to cover some or all of the Presentation Fee and expenses. If a fee is charged each person, the Primary church is responsible for selecting the amount that is charged. The Primary church is responsible for collecting and tabulating the collection of the fee.

If the fee collected is more than the Presentation Fee and expenses to be reimbursed to Dale Lee, the Primary church keeps the overage amount. If more than one church sponsors the Presentation Events, the Primary church will decide how to handle the overage amount collected.

Presentation Fee and expenses will be paid by two checks and given to Dale Lee before he leaves the premise. It is the responsibility of the Primary church or sponsoring organization to give the checks to Dale Lee.

A church member may be willing to make a donation to the church that will cover the cost of the church having Dale Lee conduct Presentation training events.

7. Love Offering

A Love offering is an amount that a person freely gives to Dale Lee at an event. The total amount collected as Love offerings from the people attending the Presentation event is to be given to Dale Lee. Any amount collected over the Presentation Fee amount is due to be given to Dale Lee by the Primary church.

If a Love Offering is taken, a written statement will be provided by the Primary church to Dale Lee listing the total amount collected through the Love Offering.

Checks used to make a Love offering will be made out to the Primary church. The Primary church will give to Dale Lee a check for the amount of the collected Love offering. If the Love offering received is less than the Presentation Fee, the Primary church will make up the difference to reach the Presentation Fee amount.
