The LM2DM icon’s blue triangle represents the boundaries established by the status quo ideas and attitudes that influence a Christian’s decisions.

The wandering red arrow represents the struggle Christians have in understanding God’s Will for them and the effort required to achieve God’s Will. The red arrow starts inside the blue triangle and wanders around until an opening is found that allows the Christian to break out of the status quo and pursue God’s Will.

Over coming the status quo ideas and perspectives are often hard. Once an opening is found, God has the opportunity to present to church leaders and church members goals that will enable them to pursue different directions and goals. Breaking the hold that the status quo has on people helps God over come the status quo based attitudes often held by the church’s leaders and the church’s members.
