MISSION & VISION STATEMENTS

The LM2DM WEB site will:

Glorify God, the Father of Jesus Christ, by ministering to church leaders in ways that will enable them to better perform their church duties and to strive to live an exemplary Christian life.
Be a catalyst for getting church leaders to move to the next higher level of the performance of their duties by assisting them in acquiring:
- Additional knowledge.
- An increased commitment.
- An intensified focus of their efforts.
- A stronger desire to seek and follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
Promote and encourage the work of the leaders of small churches.
Provide "How 2 Do" suggestions that will enable church leaders to achieve desired results.
Encourage church leaders to exercise their creative abilities and exercise the courage to take chances in the name of Jesus Christ.
Provide an opportunity for people to share what they have found to be effective in fulfilling their church duties.
Provide an opportunity for people to share their thoughts with each other.
Provide material that will enable people to chuckle.

Lee Clowning Ministry will:

Use the power and skills of clowning to communicate the Word of God
Develop and conduct activities that focus on teaching people "How 2 Do" knowledge and skills associated with Christian discipleship and church leadership.
Create and conduct Jesus centered activities that will educate and entertain children, youth, and adults by using skills associated with educators, humorists, ministers, entertainers, clowns, magicians, and speakers.
Sponsor an internet WEB site that will educate, encourage, and support lay church leaders and small church pastors.

Dale Lee will strive daily to identify and fulfill God's Will for his life.
Dale Lee through his dependance on God will strive to achieve results for God that Dale on his own abilities does not have the understanding and foresight to attempt and achieve.

Dale Lee will:

Invest time and effort to fulfill the mission of Lee Clowning Ministry.
Explore how computers and the Internet can be used to glorify God.
Identify and conduct activities that will provide training for lay church leaders and small church pastors.
Continue to educate himself in the appropriate disciplines determined by defined objectives.
